WOD: Teams of 2
100 kb swings @70/55# – while partner holds BB in front rack @ 135/95
150 push ups – while partner holds BB in DL position @ 135/95
200 cal row – while partner holds plank
*can break these up however you want but must complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next
