‪4 minute max double unders (alternate every 40 reps)‬
‪3 minute max Front squats @135/95 (alternate every 5 Reps) ‬
‪2 minute max jumping pull ups (alternate every 10 Reps, Scale up to regular pull-ups) ‬
‪1 minute max power clean @ 135/95 (alternate every 1 Reps) ‬
‪2 minute max dips (alternate every 10 Reps) ‬
‪3 minute max cal row (alternate every 10 Cals) ‬
‪4 minute max burpee (alternate every 10 reps) ‬
