10 PVC or Empty Bar Front Rack Lunges (elbows push up)
Then,
1:00 Wrist Warmup

3 Front Squats @73% w/ 3 sec pause in the bottom
WOD: 15:00 AMRAP:
15 Push Jerks (95/65)
30 Double Unders/60 Singles
15 KB SDHP (2/1.5pd)
