Maximize Athleticism through CrossFit Training

CrossFit is one of the preferred sports performance training methods of athletes and the armed forces.  CrossFit methodology recognizes ten general physical attributes. These are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  We manipulate each of the energy systems that power all human function to achieve all-around athleticism.

We offer organized group workouts provided by highly qualified instructors 6 days a week both in the early morning and evening with mid-day to be added to our schedule very soon.  Special pricing packages are offered to sports teams, armed forces personnel and public servants.
