Additional Foundations Classes Offered! Sign Up Now!

Hey All CrossFit Advanced Members,

Because of the amount of new peeps joining our esteemed family, we felt it important to start offering some Foundations Classes!

These class times will be in addition to our regular schedule and meant for those who are NEW to CrossFit Advanced (i.e. in their first 30 days and have never done CrossFit before) as well as those existing members looking to get some extra skill development!  There will be no extra cost to anyone however sign up will be required!

Class times are as follows: 

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm

Sundays at 10am

These classes will focus on the 9 foundational movements specific to CrossFit making sure to provide you proficiency with various types of Squats, Lifts and Presses – in addition to learning better techniques for running, rowing, pull ups and more! 

For new CrossFit Advanced members it will be REQUIRED that you attend at least 4 classes within your first 30 days of sign up!  Don’t worry – You can still attend other classes in addition to your Foundations Classes!   For existing members – here is your opportunity to get some additional skill work and coaching!

All are required to sign up & show up OR CXL in an reasonable amount of time!
