  • 18 Double Unders
  • 6 Deadlifts @ 185lbs / 95lbs

Deadlifts are to be done with perfect technique, only technically perfect deadlifts will count as a rep.  To scale this correctly, work with 60 – 70% of your 1 Rep Max.
