1 Round of Barbell Bear Complex

1 Each of: Power Clean, Front Squat, Push-Press, Back Squat, Push-Press, 7 times through.

-use light weight and focus on the correctness of each movements, not speed.


8 Rounds Each For Time of:

5 Burpees

5 Dead Hang Pull-Ups

100 meter sprint

Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
