Warm-Up:  10 Burpee Broad Jumps. Note distance.

WOD:  Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

  • 15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
  • 100 meter Shuttle Run
  • 8 Handstand Push-Ups
