WOD: For time:

  • 20 Push-Presses @ 155lbs.
  • 40 Burpees
  • Partition as you like

Cash-Out: For Bragging Rights:

  • 50 Wall Ball Shots
  • Done in teams of 2
  • Alternate shots between partners
  • “No Reps” include not squatting low enough, not hitting the X or dropping the ball
