Buy-In: 5 Sets:
Power clean + 1 Front Squat
Then, 6:00 EMOM:
Clean x 2 reps (not touch and go) -building to a tough double
WOD: 20:00 AMRAP:
12 Hang Power Cleans (C: 95/65, P: 85/55, F: 75/45)
