Buy-In: Overhead Press

  • 75% x 5, 80% x 5, 85% x 5

WOD: Accumulate a Total Weight of your choosing as quickly as possible using the following lifts and reps…

  • 3 Shoulder to Overhead
  • 6 Front Squats
  • 9 Deadlifts

Total Weight: C: 25,000lbs  S: 20,000lbs  D: 10,000lbs

The Rules:

  • Choose one weight to be used for all 3 lifts
  • No use of racks
  • Calculate how many rounds it will take to accumulate 25,000lbs (25,000/(chosen bar weight x 18)
  • The WOD must be done in the order above following the rep scheme (can’t move to Front Squat til 3 S2O are done).
  • Carefully choose your weight so you don’t run out of gas on a lift that prevents you from continuing
  • 30 minute hard stop
  • Record your time or total weight moved to results board
