-Take 10-15:00 Minutes to Set up Deadlift/Press
Buy-In: 10:00 EMOM:
1 = 3 Deadlifts @80%
2 = Push press 10.8.6.4.2 reps building
WOD: “Mean Cindy” 20:00 AMRAP:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
top of every 5 mins complete a 400m run
