WOD: 8 minute AMRAP of “Baseline”

  • 50 Calorie Row (easier to score than 500m)
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 AbMat Sit-Ups
  • 20 Push-Ups
  • 10 Pull-Ups

The Rules:

  • The WOD is to be done competition style
  • Members will be divided into 2 heats and paired up
  • Partners will judge/count/encourage each other
