Buy-In: 5 Sets:

– first two reps are 52X1 tempo
8 Supinated Grip Barbell Row
WOD: 4 Rounds For Time:
12 DB Burpees (35/20# per hand)
12 KB Swing (2/1.5pd)
12 Toes To Bar
