  • Do 1 Pull-Up in minute 1
  • Do 2 in minute 2
  • Do 3 in minute 3, etc….
  • Continue until you cannot complete the designated amount within the minute

WOD B: Weighted Ring Push-Ups 5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1
