WOD: The Powerlifts

  • Back Squat 1-1-1-1
  • Bench Press 1-1-1-1
  • DeadLift 1-1-1-1

Record the sum of your max load for each lift to results.

Cash-Out: AMRAP in 8 minutes of…

  • 2 Front Squats (first rep cannot be a squat clean)
  • 8 Snatch Grip DeadLifts with perfect technique
  • 14 Clapping Push-Ups
