WOD: Teams of 2, For Time:
100 KB Swings @70/55# – while partner holds BB in front rack @ 135/95
150 Push ups – while partner holds BB in DL position @ 135/95
200 Cal Row – while partner holds Plank
*can break these up however you want but must complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next
*if partner drops their “hold”, you must stop Reps

20 DB Hammer Curls
20 GHD Sit ups
