TEAM WOD:  Each team will accumulate 50 Rounds of the following for time..

  • 1 Tire Flip
  • 5 Wall Balls, 4 Push-Ups, 3 Burpees, 2 Tuck Jumps, 1 HSPU
  • 25 yards of Walking Lunges
