  • 100 Double Unders—both partners must do before moving on
  • 40 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters, 95/65lbs
  • 40 Pull ups
  • 40 Burpees
  • 40 Pistols, alternate legs
  • 40 Hand Release Push-Ups
  • 40 Overhead Squats, 95/65lbs
  • 100 Double Unders-both partners must do

 The Rules:

  • One movement must be completed before moving to next movement
  • Only one person working at a time
