WOD: Team “Fight Gone Bad”, 3 Rounds:‬
‪1:00 Wall balls @20/14‬
‪1:00 Sumo DL high pull @75/55#‬
‪1:00 Box jump @20/14″‬
‪1:00 Push press @75/55#‬
‪1:00 Row for Cals‬
‪-partner A will do one min of wall balls then partner B will do the same. Partner A does one min of SDLHP then Partner B goes. Continue in this fashion until each partner has completed three rounds of the workout‬
‪-‬Score is total Reps for each movement
