Saturday, June 16 WOD

TEAM WOD: Each team will accumulate as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:

  • Burpee Broad Jump, 25 meters
  • Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25lb plate), 25 meters
  • Cartwheels, 25 meters
  • 75lb Sandbag Carry, 50 meters
  • Bear Crawl, 25 meters

The Rules:

  • Split participants into 2 teams
  • Accumulate rounds and reps any way the team decides
  • The score will be total completed rounds plus any unfinished reps
