Saturday, June 24 WOD

Teams of 2, complete the following For Time:
Buy-In: 1 mile run (switching every 200m- 8x 200m)
WOD: 5 rds each of:
10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65#)
12 Burpees
30 Air Squats
Cashout: 1 mile run (switching every 200m- 8x 200m)

*for the WOD: partner A will complete the HPS then partner B will complete the HPS. Partner A will do 12 burpees and partner B will follow with 12 burpees. It will be completed in this fashion until each partner has completed 5 rds.
