3 PERSON TEAM WOD for time:

Team  Member 1: 150 meter Sprint

Team Member 2: 70lb Sand Bag Carry

Team Member 3: Chipper Exercise

  • 100 Box Jumps, 24″
  • 100 Jumping Pull-Ups
  • 100 Kettle Bell Swings, 1 pood
  • 100 SDHP, 2 pood KB
  • 100 Burpees

Instructions: Teams rotate between sand bag carry, sprinting and the chipper exercise with the sprinter being the pace horse.  Continue to rotate between the 3 stations until the team has accumulated the 100 reps in each of the 4 chipper exercises.
