Parnter WOD:  As a 2 person team, each person performs As Many Reps As Possible in 5 minutes at each of the following stations.  Rest 2 minutes between efforts:

  • “Cindy”
    • 5 Pull-Ups
    • 10 Push-Ups
    • 15 Squats
  • “Grace”
    • Clean and Jerk, 135/105lbs
  • “Annie”
    • 25 Double Unders
    • 25 Ab Mat Sit-Ups
  • “Karen”
    • Wall Ball, 20/14lbs

Score: Add age of team member 1 + team member 2, then multiply total age by total reps completed by both members
