OPTION #1) As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of 150 meter hill climb (done outside).

OPTION#2)  12 minutes of skill development, your choice.

*Tough Mudders must chose option #1, which doesn’t make it much of an option, does it?

Partner WOD: 10 minute Pace Horse

Partner #1 does as many Burpees as possible while Partner #2 does 10 Kettle Bell Swings (1.5 /1 pood), then switch.  Accumulate as many Burpees as possible in 10 minutes.
