Partner WOD: “Caps And The Women Who Love Him”

“Diane”  21-15 -9 rep rounds of:

  • DeadLift, men use average of your weight, women use 70% of average weight
  • Hand Stand Push-Ups


  • 1000 meter Row
  • 50 Thrusters, 45lb bar
  • 30 Pull-Ups

“Elizabeth” 21-15-9 rep rounds of:

  • Squat Cleans, 115/65lbs
  • Ring Dips

“Caps” 6 rounds of:

  • 200 meter Run
  • 20 Walking Lunges

The Rules:

  • Complete 1 wod before moving on to the next
  • Both partners can be working at the same time
  • Partners split the work however they like
  • Partners must share equipment
