Team WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes of…

  • Floor to Overhead
  • 200m Run
  • 10 Burpees

How It’s Done:

  • Members will be divided into 2 teams
  • Each team will have 8 barbells to choose from to do Floor to Overhead
  • Choose a weight that you can do at least 3 but no more than 12 unbroken
  • Each team member will take turns doing as many UNBROKEN Floor to Overheads as possible
  • After a turn on the bar, each member must run 200m and do 10 burpees before taking another turn
  • All 8 bars per team can be moving at once
  • Team members waiting should help keep track of their team’s rep
