WOD: AMRAP (with a Partner) in 20 minutes:
P1 Pacehorse: 400 meter Run
10 Pull-Ups
10 Toes-to-Bar
10 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/35 lb barbell)
-Partner 1 runs 400 meters while Partner 2 completes the AMRAP. When Partner 1 returns from the run, partners tag and switch places, picking up where they left off on the AMRAP.
