Partner WOD:

Part 1-As Many Burpees as Possible in 12 minutes:

Partner 1 does 10 Kettle Bell Swings with 1.5 pood

Partner 2 does as many Burpees as possible

Swith after 10 swings while keeping total count of Burpees

Rest 2 minutes

Part 2- As Many Double Unders As Possible in 10 minutes

Partner 1 does 20 Sit-Ups

Partner 2 does Double Unders

(same concept as above)

Start WOD with Buy in:  50 Wall Ball shots  with 20lbs
