800m run together
10 kb swings @55/35#
5 db man makers @35/20#
10 db push press @35/20#
*after both partners run 800m, partner A will do swings, partner B will do man makers, partner A then does push press. That equals one round. Both partners run again then partner B does swings, A does man makers, then B does Push press.
