WOD: Teams of 2, Every 10:00 For 40:00 (4 Rounds):
800m run
40 DB thrusters @45/30# (switch every 10 reps)
45sec. max calorie row
*each team will run together, the thrusters will be 20 each, then one partner will row for 45 secs while other rests then switch
