WOD: Teams of 2 must complete 6 rounds for total reps:
1 min amrap kb swings (1.5/1pd)
1 min amrap OH plate walking lunge (45/25)
1 min rest
-Partner 1 starts on swings while Partner 2 starts on walking lunges then they switch. (Both partners work at the same time, then switch, then rest together)
