  • Snatch Grip Deadlifts, 65% of 1RM Deadlift
  • Toes To Bar

Cash-Out: Death by Burpees

  • 1 Burpee in minute 1
  • 2 in minute 2
  • 3 in minute 3 etc..
  • Continue until you cannot complete the required number within the minute
