WOD: Teams of 2 must complete 7 Rounds:
1 min amrap kb swings @55/35#
1 min amrap rope climbs
1 min rest
– Partner 1 starts on swings while Partner 2 starts on rope climbs then they switch. (P1 to Rope, P2 to Swings)
