80 T2B (partner must be hanging from the pull up bar)
100 double unders (partner must hold farmers hold)
60 pull ups (partner must be hanging from the pull up bar)
100 double unders (partner must hold farmers hold)
40 thrusters @75/55# no hold
100 double unders no hold
*break up the reps equally
