• Box Jumps (24/20 in)
• Shuttle Runs (50’)
• Wall Balls (20/14)
• Ball Slams (30/20)
• Burpees
• Wall Sit
• Plank Hold
• Rope Climbs (15 ft)
• Toes-to-Bar
• Man Makers (35/20)
– Take 1:00 per movement to get max reps. For the wall sit/plank, hold for 1:00.
