WOD: 10 minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)…

  • 10 Knees To Elbows
  • 8 Overhead Walking Lunges, 45/25lbs
  • 6 Ring Push-Ups
  • If you can’t complete a round in the minute, accumulate AMRAP in the 10 minutes

Rest 4 Minutes

  • “Karen” 150 Wall Balls for time, 20/14lbs

Post total time for both WODs (minus 4 minute rest)
