WOD: Teams of 2 For Time:
100 Db hang power cleans total @55/35# while partner holds from pull up bar
100 push ups total while partner holds barbell in front rack @135/95#
100 Cal AB total while partner holds Deadlift @225/155#
*if partner cannot continue their hold, switch 
Cashout: 3 Sets:
A.1 side plank hold x 30 secs per side
A.2 V Ups x 10-12 reps
