Sunday, October 7 WOD

WOD: Teams of 2 must complete the following:
800m Run
30 Hang Power Cleans
800m Row
27 HPC
80 Cal Bike
24 HPC
*For the run/row/bike- one person works (you pick the distance) while other person holds a sandbag (100/65) or hold the barbell in DL position
*For the hang power clean- while one person works the other person must hold a handstand against the wall or a plank on the ground.
