Warmup: 2 Rds CFA Warmup
WOD: 6 Rounds:
:40 on, :20 off (can start at any station but stay in order)
1= Cal row
2= single arm db hang power clean to OH @35/25# (:20 per arm)
3= ball slams 30/20
4= double unders
5= sit ups
-record total reps of each movement
