Skill: Review WOD Movements

WOD: AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

  • 5  Shoulder to overhead, 115 / 75 lbs
  • 10 Deadlift, 115 / 75 lbs
  • 15 Box jump, 24 / 20 inch

The workout will be done in heats as necessary.  If you are not participating in the CrossFit Open, do the following as a Cash-Out or Buy-In, based on what heat you are in:

Buy-In / Cash-Out: AMRAP in 6 minutes of…
  • Double Unders
  • AbMat Sit-ups
  • Accumulate reps however you want.  Your score is total number of reps completed
