Buy-In: Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1

  • Load Scheme: 60% – 70% – 80% – 90% – Go for it on last rep
  • Rest only the time it takes to load the bar

WOD Specific Warm-Up: 2 Rounds of Pose Running Drills

  • Wall Drill, 10 right/left
  • Hop Drill, 10 hops
  • Jump Rope Slow Run, length of gym

WOD: 7 rounds of the following beginning a round every 3 minutes

  • 5 Power Snatches
  • 200, 300 or 400m Run

Loads: C: 115/75lbs  S: 95/65  D: 75/45lbs

*Choose a run distance that allows you to begin another round every 3 minutes
