Buy-In: Sit-Up to Stand-Up practice


WOD: 21,18,15,12,9,6,3 rep rounds of:

  • 95lb Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75lbs for women)
  • Sit-ups
  • 50 meter Farmers Carry with 90lb  + 50 meter Run after each round

Cash-Out: 10 good Cartwheels.  To avoid this taking all night, watch the video and learn!!
