WOD: “Thanksgiving Sampler Platter”:
Teams of 2 For Time:
A. 5 Alternating Rounds each of:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
Then,
B. 4 Rounds of “You go I go”:
8 Handstand Push-Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5)
Then,
C. 3 Alternating Rounds each of:
15 Box Jumps
15 Knees-to-Elbows
Then,
D. 2 rounds of “You go, I go”:
20 Wall-Balls
30 Sit-Ups
Then,
E. 1 Round, split reps of:
50 Burpees

-For the alternating rounds, each partner completes a round and rests while their partner works.
For the “You go, I Go”, each partner completes the movement before moving onto the next one.
