Thursday, November 22 WOD


Score AMPAP in 20 minutes as follows:

  • 6 points (touchdown) = 100 yards of:
    • Burpee Broad Jump
    • Overhead Walking Lunges, 45/25lb plate
    • Cartwheels
  • 3 points (field goal)= 100 yards of:
    • 75lb Sandbag Carry
    • Bear Crawl
    • 50lb Sled Drag
  • 1 point (extra point)= 100 yards of:
    • Running

The Rules:

  • Members will divide into 2 teams
  • Each team will combine efforts to score points
  • Touchdowns and field goals can be accumulated as often as possible
  • Extra points can only be scored after each touchdown
