Thursday, November 28 WOD


Score AMPAP in 20 minutes as follows:

  • 6 points (touchdown) = 100 feet of:
    • Burpee Broad Jump
    • Overhead Walking Lunges, 45/25lb plate
    • Cartwheels
  • 3 points (field goal)= 20 reps of:
    • Burpee Pull-Ups
    • Calorie Row
    • Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch, 50/30lbs
  • 1 point (extra point)= 100 feet of:
    • Bear Crawl

The Rules:

  • 100 feet is 2 lengths of gym
  • Members will partner up
  • Both partners can be working at the same time
  • Each team will combine efforts to score points
  • Touchdowns and field goals can be accumulated as often as possible
  • Extra points can only be scored after each touchdown
