  • Use 1.5 x Body Weight
  • 3-3-3-3-3
  • Rest 1 minute between rounds

Met Con  50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

  • Ab Mat Sit-Ups
  • Ab Mat Back Extensions
  • Walking Lunges
