Then, 2 Rounds with Empty Bar (do not put bar down!):
5 Clean Grip RDL
5 Clean High Pulls
3 Hang Power Cleans, hold on 3rd rep
3 Front Squats
Buy-In: 12:00 to build:
1 Clean Lift off+ 1 Clean; building (lift just a few inches off the floor)

18 push press (95/65)
21 kb swings (1.5/1pd)
