Kipping Pull-up review

In any order you see fit, complete the following:
20 Shoulder-to-overhead 135 lb./95 lb.
40 Burpees

Row 4 x 250m
Rest twice as long as each row. i.e. if your first 250m takes 45s, rest for 1:30 then promptly start your second row.
