WOD: Take 15-20:00 to complete 6 Sets
2 Strict press+ 2 Push press building to a tough set of the complex
6x RDL (barbell)
WOD: 20:00 EMOM:
min 1= 20 wall balls (20/14)
min 2= 15 hang power clean (95/65)
min 3= 15 box jumps (30/24)
min 4= 60 sec row for max distance
min 5= rest
